GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to welcome Members and potential Members, check in guests, and provide exceptional service. The role includes assisting on the floor, answering calls, and selling memberships and club services to enhance the member experience.
Candidates should have CPR-A & AED and Smart Tan certifications, strong communication skills, and a friendly, proactive attitude. A positive, team-driven environment with ongoing training awaits.
The Motivator role is critical to the success of our GoodLife Fitness Clubs. A Motivator is typically the first Associate a Member or Potential Member interacts with upon arrival to the Club. The Motivator is responsible for creating a welcoming, clean and safe environment to help Members achieve their fitness goals. The role involves being a front desk expert and is pivotal in assisting and supporting Members and Potential Members, to ensure their experience with us is always positive and engaging.
CPR-A & AED Certification
Must be Smart Tan certified within 3 months of employment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Previous customer service and sales experience an asset
It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base wage of $18.95. This position is eligible for commissions in addition to the base wage. The expected annual range of total compensation is $15,300 - $17,100 determined by the expected total number of scheduled hours per year, performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
