Job Summary

The Assistant Club Manager at Anytime Fitness is a passionate, service-driven professional supporting the Club Manager in club operations, sales, and team leadership. This role involves driving membership and training sales, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and fostering a positive club culture. The position covers both the Wasaga Beach and Alliston locations, with opportunities to advance to a Club Manager role within a year.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Assist in generating leads and converting them into members through follow-ups, consultations, and relationship building.
• Learn and promote the value of our personal training programs and fitness technology (e.g., Anytime Fitness App, body scanner, heart rate monitors).
• Support the Club Manager in achieving membership and training sales targets.

Community Engagement & Brand Promotion

• Assist in B2B marketing and outreach efforts to promote the brand.
• Contribute to community events, local partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
• Represent the club professionally in both locations.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Club Manager to motivate staff and foster a positive culture.
• Assist in training, onboarding, and coaching team members.

Operations & Administration

• Support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and member management.
• Track and analyze KPIs to support business growth.
• Maintain club cleanliness and ensure equipment functionality.
• Manage club software and billing systems for member services.

Customer Experience & Club Culture

• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure members feel welcomed and supported.
• Help cultivate an inclusive and positive club environment.

Job Requirements

• Availability to work at both Wasaga Beach and Alliston locations.
• Minimum age of 18 with flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Outgoing, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping others.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, reliable, with good time management.
• Comfortable with technology and social media platforms.
• Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous; fitness industry experience is a plus but not required.
