Job summary

Google’s Cloud team in Waterloo, ON is seeking a Cloud Technical Solutions Developer to own major customer issues and provide level-two support across Google Cloud Platform products.

You will troubleshoot a mix of debugging, networking, and system administration tasks while helping improve tools, processes, and documentation for faster diagnostics, with global 24x7 support responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 9 years of experience troubleshooting and triaging customer issues (hardware, software, apps, operations).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Own large customer issues and provide level-two support.
• Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve technical deployment obstacles for customers.
• Develop tools and documentation to improve product adoption and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Product and Site Reliability teams to improve supportability and production.
