Job summary

Astek Canada is seeking a Cloud Security Architect to design and strengthen secure cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will help secure complex cloud environments within a major organization, ensuring security, compliance and resilience.

You will join a multidisciplinary team supporting large-scale cloud initiatives and benefit from hybrid work, growth opportunities, and a variety of projects across Canada.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of cloud security experience.
• Proven cloud security architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of IAM.
• Expertise in network, application and data protection.
• Experience with threat modeling and risk assessments.
• Familiarity with regulated financial environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with security automation and secure-by-design principles.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
• Experience with security automation and secure-by-design principles
