Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of professional experience in a technical role.
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture and internet protocols.
• Familiarity with QA processes and software development fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux servers and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
• Experience with Python scripting and automation development.
• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Docker containerization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases using manual and automated testing to ensure product quality.
• Design, develop, and maintain software systems to enhance functionality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain test automation infrastructure and QA lab environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in cloud services, implementing proactive solutions.
• Create, maintain, and monitor internal service performance metrics.
• Collaborate with development, release QA, and operations teams to improve products.
• Work with R&D and support teams to track and resolve issues via the internal tracking system.
• Participate in customer calls for real-time troubleshooting.
