Job summary

Insight is seeking a Consulting II to deliver projects across Azure and AWS, designing and implementing landing zones, migration, and automation. You will collaborate with architects and client teams to build scalable platforms, using Terraform, Bicep, and CloudFormation, and to develop robust CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes hands-on cloud delivery, security, and scalable infrastructure, with a path to grow within a people-first, Fortune 500 tech leader known for flexible remote work

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS platforms.
• Experience implementing landing zones, platform services, and secure, scalable infrastructure on Azure and/or AWS.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation) including CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities

• Work on large-scale application migration and modernization projects.

Job description

Salary: The base salary range for this position is typically $100,000 to $125,000 CAD with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.

Location: You will have the flexibility to work fully remotely.

About the role

As a Consultant II, you will role focus on project delivery across Azure and AWS environments. We will count on you to contribute to infrastructure design, implement platform solutions, automate deployment processes, and help clients build and operate Azure and AWS environments. Along the way, you will get to:

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Azure and/or AWS platforms
• Hands‑on experience with Azure and AWS networking concepts such as virtual networks/VPCs, subnets, routing, firewalls, private endpoints, load balancing, and hybrid connectivity patterns
• Experience implementing landing zones, platform services, and secure, scalable infrastructure on Azure and/or AWS
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform, Bicep, and CloudFormation, including reusable modules and CI/CD integration
