You will manage incident response, patching, OS upgrades, disaster recovery, and production deployments while communicating clearly with administrators, clients, and internal users.

Qualifications

• Must have: Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent education/hands‑on experience.
• 3–5 years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management & Operations: build, maintain and optimize cloud and server infrastructure.
• Client & Team Support: respond to requests with technical guidance and solutions; manage ticket queue.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: create clear technical documentation; maintain CMDB.
