Job summary

IS3 Solutions is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer in the Toronto, Canada area to design, deploy, and optimize secure cloud-native platforms. You will work with Kubernetes across GKE and AKS, implement CI/CD pipelines, and apply IaC using Terraform, ARM, and Bicep to automate infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-native architectures and automation frameworks.
• Experience securing containerized workloads and governance controls.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and Platform Engineering principles.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and IaC implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, administer, and optimize containerized environments using Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable cloud-native architectures and automation frameworks.
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and related technologies.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, ARM, Bicep, and similar tools.
• Implement and support microservices architectures, service meshes, ingress controllers, and API integrations.
• Monitor containerized environments and optimize platform performance, stability, and utilization.
• Create and maintain security tools, scripts, and automation workflows that improve operational efficiency and incident response.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability reviews, and remediation activities for containerized workloads.
