Job summary

PeoplePilot in Montreal, QC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect for a Hybrid/Remote role. You will lead architecture, design, and implementation of Revenue Cloud solutions, focusing on CPQ, Billing, and Quote-to-Cash.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Salesforce, 6+ years in Revenue Cloud, and hands-on development experience with Apex, LWC, and integrations. You will mentor teams and collaborate with clients to deliver scalable, secure deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
• 6+ years experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including Apex, Integration, LWC, and CPQ.
• Deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash, including CPQ and Billing.
• Strong experience leading architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
• Experience owning end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including pricing, quoting, contracts, and billing.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product rules, price rules, quote templates, approvals, and contract generation.
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Experience designing integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Hands-on Salesforce development with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, declarative customization, data modeling, integrations, and data migration.
• Experience with Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Validation Rules.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards for CPQ-related KPIs.
• Experience with DocuSign and S-Docs integrations.
• Experience preparing technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, system support guides, configuration documents, process documents, and user guides.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
• Strong client handling, stakeholder management, communication, leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.

Responsibilities
