Job summary

Probity Medical Research Inc. (PMR) is seeking a Feasibility Associate to support site selection for industry-sponsored clinical studies across Probity-affiliated sites.

You will manage feasibility opportunities, gather study information, and coordinate questionnaires and site recommendations with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves transitioning awarded studies to the Study Department, ensuring timely communication and high-quality support during feasibility.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to coordinate questionnaires and documentation for feasibility studies (≤140 chars).
• Experience reviewing study information and identifying suitable sites.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with Sponsors, CROs, and site representatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rapid completion and submission of feasibility questionnaires.
• Generate site recommendations matching studies to Probity-affiliated sites.
• Update shared tools and databases including Portico.
• Coordinate external communications and maintain sponsor relationships.
• Attend internal meetings and collaborate across teams.
