What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Serve as a clinical expert to provide ongoing training to external clinical stakeholders on the Omnipod System
  2. Develop and support go-to-market strategies and training initiatives for internal teams
  3. Create and maintain product and training materials, including digital tools and customer resources
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and execute product improvements
  5. Conduct field training to identify product and training needs for healthcare providers and patients

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant clinical and commercial experience in the medical device industry
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical training programs within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  3. Clinical credentials preferred (diabetes educator, nurse, or dietician)
  4. Prior experience leading a sales or clinical team in a commercial diabetes organization
  5. Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of management
