What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Serve as a clinical expert to provide ongoing training to external clinical stakeholders on the Omnipod System
  • Develop and support go-to-market strategies and training initiatives for internal teams
  • Create and maintain product and training materials, including digital tools and customer resources
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and execute product improvements
  • Conduct field training to identify product and training needs for healthcare providers and patients

What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant clinical and commercial experience in the medical device industry
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical training programs within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Clinical credentials preferred (diabetes educator, nurse, or dietician)
  • Prior experience leading a sales or clinical team in a commercial diabetes organization
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of management
