What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Serve as a clinical expert to provide ongoing training to external clinical stakeholders on the Omnipod System
- Develop and support go-to-market strategies and training initiatives for internal teams
- Create and maintain product and training materials, including digital tools and customer resources
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and execute product improvements
- Conduct field training to identify product and training needs for healthcare providers and patients
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant clinical and commercial experience in the medical device industry
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical training programs within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Clinical credentials preferred (diabetes educator, nurse, or dietician)
- Prior experience leading a sales or clinical team in a commercial diabetes organization
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of management
