• Detail-oriented and systematic - you catch what others miss and know how to document it clearly
• Self-directed and reliable when working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data platforms
• Background in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, or clinical data management
