The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Apprenticeship Administrative Assistant to join the Clinical Research team across the Chelsea and Sutton sites. You will study with the University of Kent while gaining practical experience in clinical trial administration and project support.

• Must be committed to undertaking the apprenticeship alongside the role.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders (doctors, nurses, data managers).
• Willingness to study with University of Kent during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the clinical research team.
• Coordinate communications between doctors, nurses, trial coordinators and data managers.
• Support regulatory, trial documentation and data entry activities.
• Contribute to a busy Chelsea/Sutton site with flexible teamwork.
