You will work closely with Principal Investigators, Study Coordinators, and sponsors to ensure smooth trial execution—from patient recruitment through data lock.

What you'll do

• Assist with patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities across multiple active protocols
• Collect, record, and verify source data in compliance with GCP guidelines and study protocols
• Enter and maintain accurate data in electronic data capture (EDC) systems
• Prepare, organize, and maintain regulatory binders (IRB submissions, essential documents)
• Coordinate and schedule subject visits, phlebotomy, lab work, and investigational product dispensing
• Communicate with sponsors, CROs, and IRBs regarding protocol queries and ongoing monitoring
• Assist in preparation for sponsor monitoring visits and regulatory auditsMaintain investigational product accountability logs under PI supervision

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in a clinical research or healthcare setting (internships welcome)
• Phlebotomy certification and with experience and proficiency
