Job summary

Confidential in Oakville, Ontario is seeking a registered Clinical Psychologist to join a growing multidisciplinary practice. This permanent role offers the clinical variety and support of a group practice without the administrative burden of running your own.

You will handle a balanced caseload of assessment and treatment, mentored by an experienced team, with access to modern tools and a hybrid schedule that blends in-clinic, community visits and documentation time.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, authorized for autonomous practice.
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence for community visits.
• Willingness to work in person across clinic and community settings.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, client-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete psychological assessments and evaluations, and formulate diagnoses.
• Design and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to clients across a range of presentations and age groups.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care.
• Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation and reports.

Considered a strong asset:

• Experience in the motor vehicle accident (MVA) sector
• Report writing for insurers, adjusters, or legal counsel
• WSIB or catastrophic (CAT) assessment experience
