Job summary

Novartis Canada is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of clinical studies from site initiation through study close-out. • Degree in a scientific, healthcare or related discipline.
• Experience leading clinical studies or complex clinical research projects.
• Strong understanding of the clinical drug development process and study execution activities.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams within a matrix environment.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ethical requirements and clinical research regulations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
