Job summary

Ontario Health is seeking a Specialist, Clinical Programs, Performance and Accountability to coordinate funding agreements, support performance reporting, and work with internal and external partners to improve timely, equitable access to care across Ontario.

The role requires an undergraduate degree, three years of healthcare experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Teams.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in Health Sciences, Health Administration or related field.
• Three years of related healthcare experience; asset if in a coordinator role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SharePoint and Teams are valuable.
• Ability to develop relationships and work with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate management of hospital/facility funding agreements and related documents.
• Oversee data sharing agreements and non-funding agreements.
• Support funding operations for clinical program funding models and contract management.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure materials are accurate and timely.
• Identify risks, issues and interdependencies; propose practical improvements.
• Analyze service volumes, funding, and program outcomes for varied audiences.
• Prepare reports, briefing notes, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Track action items and support timely delivery of project milestones.
• Act as liaison on funding agreements and accountability processes.
• Work independently while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative team.
