Job summary

STEMCELL Technologies, Vancouver-based biotech leader, is seeking a Clinical Services and Alliances Partner to support customers qualifying products for cell therapy and diagnostic workflows. Qualifications

• Master's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interest and knowledge in cell therapy and diagnostic fields, including applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and problem solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks at a given time.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to help qualify STEMCELL products for use in cell and gene therapy or diagnostic applications by providing quality/regulatory documentation and support.
• Manage customer-driven initiatives related to the use of STEMCELL's products in clinical workflows, including custom product development and manufacturing.
• Facilitate work with internal stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Sales and Business Development to prepare proposals and ensure that business agreements are executed.
• Champion internal initiatives that make STEMCELL easier to qualify as a clinical supplier.
