Job summary

STEMCELL Technologies, based in Vancouver, seeks a Clinical Services and Alliances Partner to support customers using STEMCELL products in clinical applications such as cell and gene therapy and diagnostics.

You’ll provide quality/regulatory documentation, help qualify products for clinical use, and facilitate access to regulatory information while coordinating with internal teams to develop custom products and manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of cell therapy and diagnostic fields, including quality and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and problem solving.
• Complex, cross-functional project management experience.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Help qualify STEMCELL products for clinical use with quality/regulatory documentation.
• Manage customer-driven initiatives in clinical workflows, including custom product development and manufacturing.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Sales and Business Development to prepare proposals and ensure that business agreements are executed.
• Champion internal initiatives to simplify qualification as a clinical supplier.

At STEMCELL Technologies, we’re looking for a Clinical Services and Alliances Partner to join our Clinical Programs team. In this role you will support customers who are using STEMCELL products for clinical applications, including cell and gene therapy and diagnostic workflows. You will help customers qualify STEMCELL products for clinical use by providing direct, tailored support, including by facilitating access to quality/regulatory information and custom product development and manufacturing. Duties and Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to help qualify STEMCELL products for use in cell and gene therapy or diagnostic applications by providing quality/regulatory documentation and support

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$83,700.00 - $125,500.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
