Job summary

STEMCELL Technologies is seeking a Clinical Services and Alliances Partner to join our Clinical Programs team in Vancouver. In this role you will support customers using STEMCELL products for clinical applications, including cell and gene therapy and diagnostic workflows, providing tailored quality/regulatory documentation and development support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong level of interest and knowledge in cell therapy and diagnostic fields, including quality and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and problem solving skills.
• Complex, cross-functional project management experience.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to help qualify STEMCELL products for use in cell and gene therapy or diagnostic applications by providing quality/regulatory documentation and support.
• Manage customer-driven initiatives related to the use of STEMCELL's products in clinical workflows, including custom product development and manufacturing.
• Facilitate work with internal stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Sales and Business Development to prepare proposals and ensure that business agreements are executed.
• Champion internal initiatives that make STEMCELL easier to qualify as a clinical supplier.
