Job summary

Associated Youth Services of Peel (AYSP) is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor to provide clinical and administrative supervision for a team of registered counsellors. The role supports program planning, community capacity building, and collaboration with partners to serve children, youth and families in Peel.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years within the mental health sector, including supervisory/leadership experience.
• Registration in the appropriate professional regulatory body under the Psychotherapy Act is required.
• Demonstrated leadership, clinical and administrative skills.
• Knowledge and experience with CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, care management, crisis intervention, youth engagement, family therapy and trauma-informed approach.
• Familiarity with Peel region child/youth and adult services and building collaborative relationships with community partners.
• Fluency in French or other languages is considered an asset.

We are currently seekinga Clinical Program Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Location: Hybrid - Head Office in Peel Region

Hours of Work: 35 hours a week (days & evenings)

• Fluency in French or other languages is considered an asset

Salary Range: $84,272 – $93,636, commensurate with experience
