Job summary

AgeCare Ltd. seeks a Registered Nurse to lead exemplary person-centered care across AgeCare’s continuing care communities in BC. You will guide skilled teams, uphold Continuing Care Health Services Standards, and support initiatives to improve resident safety and clinical outcomes.

You will provide clinical direction, supervise frontline staff, manage incident reporting, and monitor care continuity risks. Travel across British Columbia and Vancouver Island is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing and current registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of five years’ advanced clinical care experience in a complex health care environment.
• Experience in Infection Prevention & Control is an asset.
• Progressive leadership experience.
• Ability to travel across British Columbia and Vancouver Island.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all AgeCare communities provide exemplary person-centered care with skilled teams.
• Support implementation of standards to enhance clinical outcomes and resident safety.
• Collaborate on Incident Reports Management and safety analysis with action plans.
• Provide clinical direction and supervise front-line staff and consultants.
• Identify, evaluate and monitor service continuity risks across the community.
