Are you a registered Clinical Pharmacist looking to highlight your knowledge, skills, and abilities in a new and dynamic environment? We currently have an opportunity for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our Clinical Pharmacist department.
In accordance with the established vision and values of the organization, this position provides pharmacy services to patients in Northern Health. As a member of an interprofessional team, this position assesses and recommends individualized treatments. Acts as the primary resource for drug information, education, and provides expert advice to healthcare professionals. Monitors drug prescribing, drug distribution, and drug therapy to ensure safe, effective, rational, legal, and economic use of drugs. Maintains workload records and statistics.
Monday-Wednesday, Days - 08:00 to 16:00. The position will be part of an on-call rotation and may include future weekend rotations.

Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy, current licensure with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, and completion of a hospital pharmacy residency or equivalent experience. Membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists is encouraged.
