Role Overview

This role involves direct patient care in Gastroenterology and Dermatology clinics, acting as a liaison to healthcare providers and supporting patients through their treatment journey. Responsibilities include managing patient care, coordinating with HCPs, providing education, and facilitating access to therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Register HCPs and patients, provide medical support, and educate on therapies.
• Attend training sessions, support adherence, and review patient files.
• Maintain confidentiality and coordinate with healthcare providers and pharmacies.
• Assist with coverage documentation, participate in education activities, and host patient education sessions.
• Coordinate appointments, participate in virtual meetings, and adhere to nursing standards.
• Support patients and HCPs with enrollment, coverage renewals, and reimbursement processes.
• Review product monographs, report adverse events, and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years clinical experience (preferred)
• Licensed RPN or RN, CPR and ACLS certified
• Experience in Gastroenterology is an asset
• Valid driver’s license, bilingual in English and French is an asset
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
