Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) required or to be maintained.
• Nursing diploma and related psychiatric nursing credentials are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow on the nursing unit and monitor ongoing needs.
• Bed management and discharge planning to optimize throughput.
• Advocate for patients and families and support workflow efficiency.
• Identify supply/equipment needs and assist with staff scheduling.
