Qualifications

• Completed Master’s degree in Behaviour Analysis meeting BCBA certification requirements.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Must be willing to work with Supported Adults.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Quality Clinical Service for Clients, Caregivers and Agencies.
• Accountable for initial intake of new clients with a focus on assessing behaviour and risks.
• Conduct regular quality assurance audits.

Skills

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Ability to travel

Supervisory or management experience

Experience with Severe Challenging behaviour

Knowledge of CYFSA, QAM and relevant regulations

Education

Master’s degree in Behaviour Analysis

CPR and First Aid Certificate
