Job summary

Saige Homecare in Calgary is seeking an RN Client Care Manager to join our in-office team and lead client care, staff supervision, and service delivery. Reporting directly to the Director of Care, you will assess client needs, develop care plans, and ensure high-quality home care is delivered with compassion.

The role requires 4+ years of clinical experience (with home health preferred), 2+ years supervising staff, strong communication, and proficiency with computers and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with CRNA registration.
• Minimum 4 years clinical experience, at least 2 in home health.
• Minimum 2 years direct supervision experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client care, staff supervision, and client satisfaction.
• Drive inside sales by consulting with families and overseeing intake through to service delivery.
• Perform home assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Ensure accurate client charting, reporting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with scheduling to optimize caregiver matching and service delivery.
• Lead projects to achieve business, educational, and service goals.
