Clinical Manager – Specialized Medicine (Cardiac & Chronic Disease Focus)
Be part of the future of ambulatory care. At Women’s College Hospital (WCH), we’re revolutionizing how health care is delivered. As a Clinical Manager in our Specialized Medicine team, you’ll lead services that support patients living with complex and chronic conditions that include cardiac and respiratory disease, osteoporosis, rheumatology, gastroenterological conditions, and more.
Reporting to the Director, Specialized Medicine & Mental Health and working collaboratively with the Medical Directors and Chief of Medicine, you’ll oversee clinical operations across our Cardiology Clinics, Cardiac Rehab Program, Respirology Clinic, Rheumatology Clinic, Allergy Clinic, Gastroenterology service (external Endoscopy), and Osteoporosis Programs—making a meaningful impact on patients navigating their ambulatory care journeys.
As Clinical Manager, you will lead and coordinate the daily operations of several high-impact ambulatory clinics, with a strong emphasis on cardiac health and chronic disease management. Your work will focus on improving patient access, safety, and experience across the following areas: Cardiac Clinics, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Respirology, Allergy, Gastroenterology (external Endoscopy), Rheumatology, and Osteoporosis Programs.
