The Clinical Lead will work alongside the Home Manager and Quality Assurance team to ensure effective and safe clinical practice. Responsibilities include monitoring standards via audits and observations, reviewing policies, implementing action plans, and providing reports as needed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Upholding the values of Inspire Neurocare and leading the Clinical and Care teams
• Providing leadership, support, and supervision for clinical and care staff as advised by the Home Manager
• Participating in on-call duties as required
• Researching, developing, and delivering training modules and workshops to improve care delivery
• Providing feedback to the Home Manager on staff performance and areas for improvement
• Supporting the Home Manager with clinical assessments, liaising with stakeholders and commissioners
• Leading team and clinical review meetings
• Collaborating with the Home Manager and QA teams to maintain effective and safe clinical practices, including investigations and responding to complaints
