The Clinical Enrollment Nurse (CEN) role at TELUS Health Care Centres requires a motivated and organized individual with clinical knowledge and a passion for building client relationships. The CEN will educate clients about preventive health programs, assess their needs, manage the enrollment process, and provide ongoing support. This involves responding to inquiries, conducting clinical assessments, guiding clients through their healthcare journey, and maintaining detailed records. The CEN will also contribute to program improvement, reporting, and client retention strategies while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

  • Own the individual client relationship
  • Manage the enrollment process for incoming inquiries in accordance with TELUS' policy and procedures
  • Engage the client to fully understand their healthcare needs through a clinical lens and evaluate suitability
  • Collaborate with capacity planning teams on new client intake
  • Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators to leadership
  • Act as a program champion, advocating for continuous service improvement
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in every client interaction to drive long-standing business and clinical value
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and program suitability evaluations
  • Guide clients through their preventive healthcare journey
  • Engage the necessary resources from within the extended clinical team to fully support the needs of the business
  • Maintain detailed analytics on program effectiveness and client engagement
  • Develop and implement retention strategies based on utilization patterns
  • Oversee client roster management and capacity planning

Qualifications

What you bring :

  • Registration with BC College of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) as a practicing LPN registrant
  • Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (private or public sector) along with successful experience in a sales role
  • Previous experience with Salesforce is an asset
  • Ability to perform detailed and thorough assessments of clients
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Ultra-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable making calls to discuss health goals with clients
  • Ability to view the meeting from the client’s perspective
  • Capability to build trust-based relationships with clients
  • Positive attitude and solutions-based approach, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions

Salary Range : $23-$44

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan : 0%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience, and location. Additionally, TELUS offers benefits such as :
