We are looking for a Clinical Educator, Obstetrics & Peadiatrics to work with our Interprofessional Practice Department to help us continue in our mission to serve our community with Kindness, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork.
The Clinical Nurse Educator leads and supports quality care outcomes through educational program planning, collaboration with members of the interprofessional team, to enhance knowledge, skills, and professionalism of clinical staff. The primary role of the Clinical Nurse Educator is to facilitate a learning environment where evidence-based knowledge is translated via education to optimize the patient’s outcomes and experiences.
The Clinical Nurse Educator practices in accordance with relevant legislation/standards, meeting the legal and ethical requirements of the profession. This role may be subject to changes as priorities in the organization shift.
