Responsibilities
  • Provide appropriate patient nutritional care.
  • Assess nutritional status, formulate care plans, coordinate implementation, and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Provide nutrition education to patients and families.
  • Approve supplements as appropriate.
  • Assist in developing a hospital formulary suitable for the patient population.
Qualifications

Education and Work Experience:

  • Registered Dietitian (CMS requirement) required.
  • One year healthcare experience preferred.
