Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Clinical Diabetes Specialist in Québec to support patients leveraging diabetes management technology. This predominantly remote role includes about one day per week in the field, coordinating with endocrinologists, nurses and dietitians to maximize patient outcomes.

You will train healthcare professionals, provide personalized follow-ups, and contribute to ongoing diabetes care improvements while benefiting from the support of a global healthcare group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Nutrition or Dietetics as required.
• Active membership in good standing with OIIQ or OPDQ.
• CDE certification is an asset.

• Support patients starting and using diabetes management solutions with personalized follow-up.
• Train and support healthcare professionals in confident use of the technology.

Clinical Diabetes Specialist (m/f/d)

Québec | Predominantly remote | Approx. one day per week in the field

to join its team and support people living with type 1 diabetes in getting the most from these technologies.

The Role

• Support patients as they start and use diabetes management solutions, provide personalized follow up and be there when questions arise.
• Train and support healthcare professionals in the confident and effective use of the technology.
• Work closely with endocrinologists, nurses and dietitians to optimize the patient experience.
• Share your expertise and help advance best practice in diabetes management.

Your Profile

• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Nutrition or Dietetics
• Active membership in good standing with the OIIQ or OPDQ
• At least one year of experience working in a type 1 diabetes clinic or a comparable setting
• Fluency in French and English
• CDE certification is an asset
