Sinai Health is looking for a Clinical Coordinator, Fertility. As a member of the nursing leadership team, the Clinical Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Mount Sinai Fertility Program, reports directly to the Manager. As a key member of the nursing leadership team, the Clinical Coordinator will participate in and support the development and implementation of departmental goals and quality and safety programs; professional development initiatives, performance management and recruitment/selection process, and program development. In collaboration with the MSF Leadership team, she/he is responsible for staff scheduling, payroll submissions, and day-to-day operations and staff support.

Our interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, lab staff, genetic counsellors and administrative staff have been recognized nationally for their academic excellence and field-leading research in fertility science. Our fertility doctors are Royal College certified specialists in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI). With an average of 3,400 treatment cycles annually, our program delivers comprehensive reproductive care at scale while maintaining individualized attention to each patient's circumstances.
