Kinark Child and Family Services in Barrie, Ontario, invites applications for a Clinical Case Manager. This roamer role requires three days in-office weekly, with some evenings and a 35-hour work week.
You will lead intake coordination, collaborate across disciplines, and support service delivery for youth and families in the Simcoe region. The role requires a bachelor’s in social work or related field; a master’s is preferred.

Job Description
The Clinical Case Manager is an integral part of a busy, dynamic and growing clinical program at Kinark Child and Family Services, Community Based Child and Youth Mental Health program in the Simcoe region. As a member of an interdisciplinary team, the successful candidate will be expected to exercise strong familiarity and knowledge of case management principles and practices and have awareness of community resources and services available within the children’s mental health sector. In addition, the Case Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and supporting the interdisciplinary clinical team in the coordination and provision of client intake, service delivery, discharge, and post-intervention, as required. The successful candidate will be required to work some evenings per week based on client needs. The Clinical Case Manager position is covered by the Ontario Public Service Employees Union on behalf of its local 355.

The hourly pay range for this position is - Level I:$41.34; Level II:$43.32; Level III:$45.38
