Job summary

Charm Fertility is seeking a Clinical Assistant to join our growing team (Etobicoke or Oakville, with Brampton coverage as needed). You will work with Physicians, nurses, sonographers, lab techs, and admins to provide compassionate fertility care, supporting initial assessments and ongoing treatments.

You will educate patients, review medical histories, and develop individualized plans, while traveling between clinic locations when necessary to support multidisciplinary care.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience as a Clinical Assistant or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical setting.
• Demonstrated patient-centered approach with a focus on empathy, education, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Support the Physician or Medical Director within the physician-patient relationship, performing delegated acts under supervision.
• Conduct initial patient consultations, ongoing monitoring visits, and follow-ups.
• Provide patient education on fertility treatment options, procedures, medications, and next steps.
• Review patient files, histories, and test results to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Foster professional, ethical relationships with patients, families, and team members.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Position Summary

We are seeking a ClinicalAssistant to join our growing team. This role reports directly to the Medical Director and will work primarily out of our Etobicoke or Oakville clinic, with flexibility to provide occasional coverage at our Brampton clinic location as required.

In this position, you will work collaboratively with Physicians, Fertility Nurses, Sonographers, Lab Technicians, Medical Office Administrators, and the full healthcare team to provide personalized, compassionate care to our fertility patients. The Physician Assistant will integrate medical knowledge, patient education, and care coordination, while supporting both initial assessments and ongoing fertility treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience as a Clinical Assistant or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical setting.
• Demonstrated patient-centered approach with a focus on empathy, education, and trust.
• Prior experience in fertility, OB/GYN, or women's health is an asset, but not required.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations when necessary.
