A leading registered massage therapy clinic in Guelph seeks a part-time Office Administrator to manage patient interactions and support daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, proficiency with various software, and a secondary school education. This role offers a competitive hourly wage, with the opportunity for additional hours, starting June 1, 2025.
Bodyworks Registered Massage Therapy and Health Network is a registered massage therapy and chiropractic clinic conveniently located in the south end of Guelph on Gordon Street near Arkell Road. The clinic provides excellence in advanced therapeutic RMT massage therapy, chiropractic care and osteopathy in a safe, modern, clean, comfortable, and relaxing environment. Our team of health care providers are meticulously selected to provide the highest standard of evidence based care and rehabilitation. With over 14 years of service to the Guelph community, we cater to patients of all ages including children, adults and seniors. Our services include a variety of techniques and modalities that are designed to relieve the pain and stress related to day-to-day living while aiding in the rehabilitation of physical injuries.
Bodyworks Registered Massage Therapy & Health Network is seeking a part-time Office Administrator on:
Mondays - 3:30-8:15pm
Tuesdays - 3:30-8:15pm
Thursdays - 3:30-8:15pm
-position available June 1- end of August.
-Should a successful candidate wish to work past August, work hours subject to change.
(Opportunity for additional hours from time time)
