Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Clinic Manager oversees daily operations, leads new initiatives, and collaborates with physicians, patients, and vendors to support high-quality patient care.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Achieve performance goals related to patient retention, satisfaction, and operational targets.
  • Engage with patients, physicians, and staff.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage supplies, equipment, and clinic finances.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Handle patient concerns effectively.
  • Implement strategic initiatives and foster a customer service culture.
  • Coordinate with the Regional Operations Manager.
  • Complete operational reports and safeguard EMR data.
  • Manage staffing, performance reviews, and hiring.
  • Promote health and safety compliance.
  • Serve as EMR trainer for new physicians.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Business Development:
  • Support business growth initiatives.
  • Participate in community involvement to enhance brand perception.
Organizational Leadership:
  • Model core values and ensure team alignment.
  • Lead by example and address issues promptly.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of clinic experience.
  • At least 3 years management experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information per Health Information Act guidelines.
Context and Environment:

Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. The environment is fast-paced, requiring effective management of daily clinic operations and site travel.
