Team 1 – Activities include global markets settlement operations such as correcting instructions with wrong data or format, following settlement processes with local custodians, and resolving breaks reported from counterparts and local agents.
Team 2 – Handles all corporate action workflows for the Americas region (North and South), including election, announcement, and payment processes.

The CSO represents the company department to clients and should be thoroughly trained on all activities managed at Custody Services Canada. Main duties include (but are not limited to):
