Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join the Home Depot’s media team and help to shape the next decade of shopper marketing. We are looking for a Client Strategy Strategist to support the Orange Apron Media (OAM) team by developing and delivering onsite and offsite campaigns using various platforms and tools. In partnership with OAM leadership team, you will help the supplier community achieve their desired campaign goals through continuous optimization and reporting. Additionally, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of retail media programs and will ensure that campaigns are pacing correctly. The ideal candidate is a key stakeholder in delivering and growing the OAM sales targets and is comfortable having face-to-face client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

65%Campaign Management & Execution

  • Partner with Sr. Account Specialists and vendors to get assets and build campaigns in Orange Access
  • Review campaign data to look for optimization opportunities or critical issues
  • Launch, manage and track vendor campaigns; spend portfolio budgets to 95%+ completion
  • Launch event campaigns and work with marketing on using lock-ups and approved copy and promo messaging
  • Work with production on adjusting and improving creative
  • Optimize campaigns based on traffic, awareness or conversion as needed to meet or exceed client expectations
  • Have a 95% success rate with launching campaigns on time

20%Planning and Aligning

  • Collaborate and partner with Lead Media Planner and Sr. Account Specialists on vendor goals and blocking charts
  • Follow and improve any part of the campaign build process and utilize the workback schedule
  • Create a plan for any underspend and collaborate with Sr. Account Specialist and Lead Media Planner to align with vendor

  • Understand how to leverage Orange Access to its maximum potential to achieve vendor goals
  • Embrace and implement new ad platform capabilities
  • Work with data to gain deeper understanding of which tactics and audiences work well with different categories and vendors
  • Test new ad types within Pinterest or YouTube with key vendors to drive more effective campaigns
