Job summary

BigGeo Inc. is seeking a highly organized Client Success Manager to own the operational lifecycle of client relationships—from discovery through onboarding and expansion.

You’ll coordinate data providers, buyers, and internal teams across leadership, sales, legal, engineering, and product to ensure clarity and progress. You will drive confidence, manage a high-volume portfolio, and translate complex conversations into actionable next steps, pricing, and go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success, partnerships, operations, or related client-facing roles.
• Experience in SaaS, data, cloud, AI, or technical environments is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build trust with clients while coordinating with legal, sales, engineering, and leadership.
• Knowledge of B2B contracting, onboarding, implementation, and customer lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate discovery and relationship development with data providers and buyers.
• Manage a large portfolio of clients across lifecycle stages with clear next steps and owners.
• Oversee contracting, redlines, and approvals with internal teams and external clients.
• Lead technical onboarding and data review, ensuring secure delivery and validation.
• Support go-to-market, listings, pricing, and licensing discussions.
• Create scalable processes and SOPs to prevent gaps in the client journey.
