Practico is committed to excellence, continuous improvement and delivering thoughtful, highly personalized solutions to our clients.

The Role

We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our team. This role will work closely with the CEO and broader Practico team to support the delivery and ongoing management of client insurance solutions.

The primary focus of the role will be to provide operational and analytical support across the sales and client lifecycle, including new business, renewals, policy administration, insurance modelling, premium financing, credit coordination and implementation.

This is an opportunity for someone who is highly analytical, organized and comfortable working across multiple areas of the business. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, lenders, insurers, actuaries and internal stakeholders to ensure client solutions are implemented accurately and managed effectively.

The role is intended to help free up senior leadership capacity for business development and sales while ensuring clients receive consistent and high-quality support throughout their relationship with Practico.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CEO and sales process by coordinating the operational aspects of new client opportunities and existing client relationships.
  • Assist with developing and implementing client solutions based on the client's financial position, objectives and insurance needs.
  • Participate in client meetings and assist with explaining proposed solutions, processes and next steps.
  • Manage the collection, organization and tracking of client information from the initial application through to policy issuance and implementation.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and other stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Conduct and support annual client reviews and policy anniversary discussions.
  • Identify changes in client circumstances, needs or objectives and bring relevant items forward to the CEO for discussion.
  • Respond to client questions and coordinate with the appropriate internal or external stakeholders to resolve issues.
Insurance Policy Management & Renewals
  • Coordinate new insurance applications and policy placement activities.
  • Manage annual policy renewal processes, including communicating renewal details to clients and lenders.
  • Coordinate insurance premium financing and renewal activities with lenders.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, insurers and other stakeholders throughout the renewal process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy records.
  • Coordinate administrative changes to client insurance policies as required.
  • Ensure all required documentation and information is collected and maintained.
Credit & Premium Financing
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with lending partners.
  • Track financing applications through approval, policy issuance and funding.
  • Follow up with clients, lenders and third-party providers to obtain outstanding information.
  • Review term sheets and assist with loan renewal and collateral coordination.
  • Monitor relevant interest rate movements and other market factors that may impact financing solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain appropriate financing and flow-of-funds information.
  • Prepare and maintain Practico's proprietary insurance models for new and existing client files.
  • Ensure client insurance models are accurate and kept up to date.
  • Assist with modelling and analysis related to insurance solutions, financing and client scenarios.
  • Update models to reflect changes in interest rates, tax rates, insurance products, assumptions and client circumstances.
  • Work with external actuarial firms and other advisors where additional analysis or opinions are required.
  • Assist with sensitivity analysis and other financial modelling as required.
  • Implementation & Operations
  • Support the implementation of new client solutions from approval through to completion.
  • Coordinate information and deliverables between clients, insurers, lenders, actuaries and other service providers.
  • Track outstanding items and follow up as required to keep client files moving.
  • Assist with improving internal processes, documentation and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure client information and records remain complete and accurate throughout the client relationship.
Other Responsibilities
  • Stay current on relevant insurance industry regulations, standards, products and practices.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as the business grows and the needs of the team evolve.
Required Skills & Experience

  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Work Arrangement: Remote or in-person
  • Start Date: Immediate
