Job summary

Wascana in Regina is seeking a Supervisor for the South Service area to lead staff, oversee case management (assessment, planning, counselling), and coordinate crisis intervention and referrals.

You will develop and implement programs, manage budgets and resources, and partner with community organizations to help individuals with intellectual disabilities live more independently and participate in communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Social Work or Indigenous Social Work with related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required as travel is necessary.
• Experience in supervising staff and coordinating community services.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage staff to deliver services in the South Service area.
• Supervise case management, including assessment, planning, and counselling.
• Develop and implement community-based programs and services.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate referrals, crisis intervention, and collaborations with community partners.
