Job summary

Purves Redmond Limited, an independent insurance advisory firm, seeks a Client Service Representative to provide administrative and client service support across multiple business units in Toronto. You will help ensure documentation, records, and day-to-day service activities are accurate and efficiently managed.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, client service, or insurance brokerage environment is an asset.
• Knowledge of Applied EPIC and CSR24 is considered an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue client documentation accurately and on time, including certificates of insurance, Auto ID cards, policy documents, applications, and other client-related materials.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing consistent and high-quality service.
• Upload, organize, and maintain client records in Applied EPIC, CSR24, and approved shared drives.
• Support data entry, policy updates, and record maintenance to ensure information is complete and accurate and aligns with company standards and applicable industry requirements.
• Provide general administrative support, including preparing and formatting documents, correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other business materials.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional communication, proactive follow-up, and timely service.
• Provide administrative and documentation support to multiple business units based on operational needs.
