We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Client Services to join our Commercial Workplace Practice. The Director of Client Services will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving business growth within our Workplace practice.

Working under the Senior Director, Client Services and the Chief Marketing Officer, the Client Services Director is responsible for pursuing major opportunities, generating profitable growth, and increasing local market share by sourcing new clients and project leads, while working with existing clients for new or expanded opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to expand our workplace client base and increase revenue.
  2. Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the workplace market to position the firm competitively.
  3. Execute quarterly and annual goals, strategies, and tactics to achieve objectives; continually improve business development strategies.
  4. Attend networking events, be an active member of industry organizations, and seek opportunities for leadership involvement.
  5. Support development efforts, including direct involvement with proposals, collateral, advertising, web content, branding, messaging, presentation formats, databases, and public relations campaigns.
  6. Champion a client-focused culture throughout the organization, emphasizing responsiveness, accountability, and innovation.
Education, Work Experience, and Leadership
  1. BA or advanced degree in marketing, sales, architecture, design, or related fields.
  2. 12+ years in progressive federal sector sales and marketing roles with experience in identifying, locating, and closing large accounts and projects.
  3. Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, regulations, and contracting mechanisms.
  4. Experience selling commercial architecture and design services and/or corporate real estate industry sales experience.
  5. Coordinate with other disciplines and studios to streamline client communication and project delivery processes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  1. Comprehensive knowledge of marketing concepts, principles, and strategies.
  2. Creative, resourceful, dependable, and self-directed.
  3. Ability to build solid, profitable relationships with clients and prospects.
  4. Advanced skills in sales tracking software; CRM.
