Job summary

Home Instead in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is seeking a leadership-oriented home care professional (LPN/RN) to guide and elevate non-medical senior care. You will supervise client care, help shape assessments and quality assurance, and collaborate with the service team to ensure continuity of care.

The role requires current LPN or RN in Nova Scotia, 5+ years in related settings, and a proactive, compassionate approach with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN designation in good standing in Nova Scotia.
• 5+ years' experience in senior care, home care, community healthcare, or a related setting.
• Proactive, confident, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Supervisory experience is an asset.
