Job Summary : The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and technical support to the assigned advisor team and to provide the highest quality of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities – Life Insurance & Investments :

  • Process new business applications for life insurance and investment products, including necessary documentation and follow-ups.
  • Manage policy placement, replacements, conversions, and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
  • Create and distribute term insurance anniversary and GIC maturity listings.
  • Provide insurance quotes and prepare or update custom insurance and investment summaries using ZLC templates.
  • Handle client deposits, fund switches, withdrawals, and PAC / SWP changes.
  • Maintain comprehensive records in VirtGate, ensuring all transactions and follow-ups are updated.

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional client service and resolve policy-related inquiries.
  • Build strong relationships with insurance and fund companies, including case coordinators.
  • Prepare and send client statements, summaries, and correspondence.
  • Manage special projects and other duties as required by advisors.

Experience & Qualifications :

  • 2 years experience in the insurance industry (specifically with life insurance or investment product service capacity)
  • LLQP licence required (will consider applicants with the above experience and can support completion of LLQP Licence)

Skills & Abilities :

  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service focus, ensuring high-quality outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team, maintaining professionalism and contributing to continuous improvement.
