Job summary

Worksite Safety in Richmond Hill, ON is seeking a Client Services Associate for a part-time, in-office role (20 hours/week) with a $22/hour salary. If you enjoy helping people and solving problems, this is for you.

You will check-in students, assist the instructor team, help with course registrations, respond to emails, and support basic technical issues with our Learning Management System, all while ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, call centre or technical support.
  • Experience with a CRM and/or client support system (Zendesk preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Proficiency with computer tech/IT an asset.
  • Able to legally work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Check-in students arriving for training and assist with questions.
  • Support instructor team at the location with in-class requests.
  • Help students register in Worksite eLearning and instructor-led courses.
  • Respond to client email inquiries.
  • Ensure the coffee station and kitchen is stocked and clean.
  • Order classroom materials and maintain stock levels.
  • Review online proctoring exams.
  • Assist with basic technical support related to Worksite's LMS.
  • Identify areas to improve customer experience from feedback.

Position: Client Services Associate

Employment: Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Location: Richmond Hill, ON (In Office)

Salary: $22/hour

We're looking for an enthusiastic Client Services Associate who is self-motivated and passionate about amazing customer service. If you love talking to people, solving problems and being surprisingly helpful, then this role is for you!

As an integral part of the customer-facing team, this role provides support and guidance to employers, employees and job seekers who have varied needs related to their health and safety training and the use of Worksite's online learning system. The Client Services Associate sees that clients and prospective clients have an amazing experience throughout their entire time with Worksite.

Based out of our Richmond Hill, Ontario Training Centre, this part-time role is needed to support our training team and will have a varied schedule of weekends and weekdays.

As a Client Services Associate at our training centres you can expect to:
  • Check-in students who are arriving for training and assist them with any questions
  • Support instructor team at the location with in-class requests from students
  • Help students register in other Worksite eLearning and instructor-led training courses
  • Respond to client email inquires
  • Ensure the coffee station and kitchen is stocked and clean
  • Order classroom materials and ensure stock levels are maintainedReviewing online proctoring exams
  • Assist with basic technical support related to Worksite's Learning Management System
  • Identify areas to improve customer experience based on customer feedback and your own observations
About You

You'll be a perfect fit for this energetic team if:

  • You can navigate the internet and apps at lightning speed, but you are genuinely patient and understand that not everyone has the great technical skills that you have.
You'll need to bring:
  • Experience in a relationship-centric communications-based role such as customer service, call centre or technical support
  • Experience with a CRM and/or client support system (Zendesk preferred)
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer tech/IT an asset
  • Able to legally work in Canada
Bonus skills (nice to have):
  • Experience with messaging or chat‑based support
  • Experience in hybrid call/chat workflows
  • Experience in education or student support environments
  • Experience in a call‑centre environment
