Job summary

RGF Integrated Wealth Management Ltd. in Vancouver seeks a Client Services Associate to support a Financial Advisory Team. The role offers hybrid work, with initial time in-office and then a mix of remote and in-office duties.

Compensation is negotiated based on licensing and experience, in the range of 45–60k CAD annually. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and have strong organizational, multitasking, and client-service skills.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent; Bachelor or BA preferred.
  • Finance-related coursework or diploma is an asset.
  • 2+ years of financial services experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide organizational and administrative support to Financial Advisor and Team.
  • Assist with client meeting preparations, inquiries, scheduling, and research support.
  • Process securities, mutual funds, life and disability insurance transactions.
  • Prepare product reports and client statements.
  • Support marketing activities and client communications.

RGF Integrated Wealth Management, a well-established financial planning company located in Vancouver, has an immediate exciting opportunity for a Client Services Associate who can provide outstanding organizational and administrative support to a Financial Advisory Team. This is an excellent position for someone seeking a high level of responsibility and wishing to obtain first-class experience in the financial planning industry. Compensation to be negotiated, commensurate with education, licensing, and experience. Salary range: $45-$60K dependent on licensing and experience.

Skills and Requirements:
  • University Degree – BBA, BCom or BA. In addition, Financial Management Diploma from BCIT or equivalent experience can be an asset.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) or compliance with applicable CIRO proficiency requirements an asset, or securities license preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven prioritizing and multitasking skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong desire to provide high-quality client service
  • Knowledge of mutual fund/securities products, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent typing and computer skills - MS Office, database experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • 2+ years of experience in a financial services environment is an asset
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Organizational and administrative support to Financial Advisor and Team
  • Client meeting support (client inquiries, scheduling, database maintenance, assistance with research, analysis, financial plans, client statements, quotes, marketing support)
  • Securities, mutual funds, life and disability insurance processing and follow-up
  • Product reporting
